Where are you based?

Our address is: 6 Montpellier Avenue, Cheltenham GL50 1SA. We are a short walk from the town centre.

Is there car parking near you?

Yes! There is plenty of Pay and Display street car parking available close to the clinic.

Can I book treatments for myself and the other girls all in one sitting?

Yes! We like to think of ourselves as a one-stop shop for all your beauty needs. Contact us here.

I don’t know which facial would be best for my skin, how do I know which one to book?

First thing is to get you in for a skin consultation to discuss your skin and which facial is best suited to you. Here you can talk about any concerns you may have with your skin and we can go through treatments that can help. This can also be done over the phone if needed to get an idea before coming in. After having a facial is it best to go straight home, due to the effect the facial may have on my skin?

That’s totally your decision. Depending on your skin and which facial you have you may be a little pink after. This normally goes down within the first 30 minutes after the facial. If you would like to talk to us about any concerns, please contact us here.

What is the best facial for all over Anti Ageing?

Our Radio Frequency facial is a great all-over anti-ageing facial as it works on the whole face, neck and jowl area. This is a great routine to get the skin into if worried about ageing. Find out more about the anti-ageing facials we offer here.

Do I need to come in without any makeup on when having a facial?

We will always double cleanse and tone the skin making sure all makeup is off prior to any facial so it doesn't matter whether you come in with makeup on or not.

I like the sound of a few of the facials you offer, is there any way of having a bit of each?

Yes! We often combine facials for clients. Your facial will be bespoke to your skin’s needs, and what you would like from your treatment. Contact us here to find out more.

What do Lash lifts do?

This treatment will lift, lengthen and add volume to your own natural lashes. Find out about our Lash lifts and eye treatments here.

How long do Lash lifts last?

Once I’ve had Lash lifts, should I do anything differently with my lashes?

You must avoid getting the lashes wet/steam or mascara for 48 hours after the treatment. After 48 hours you can go ahead with everything you would normally do.

Can I wear mascara after having Lash lifts?

For 48hrs after the treatment, you cannot get the lashes wet or apply mascara but after that, you can do everything you would normally do.

Do I need to take my contact lenses out before having a Lash lift?

It is not necessary, but we advise you to remove your contact lenses if possible.

How many courses of treatment do you recommend?

Does the LipoFirm Pro treatment hurt?

This isn’t an invasive treatment and doesn’t hurt but you can feel a slight discomfort with the dynamic muscle activation which can be altered to each individual client. You will also feel the heat, which is both relaxing and soothing on the skin.

What is the best treatment for cellulite?

LipoFirm Pro using the radio frequency is perfect and gets great results for stretch marks, cellulite and all-over tightening of the skin.

Will I need to have any more treatments after having a course of LipoFirm Pro?

The results you get from this treatment are permanent so do not require any further treatments after having a course. However, the skin can slacken as expected when getting older so some clients like to have maintenance treatments to slow down this process.

How long till I start to see results with LipoFirm Pro treatment?

You should see a slight difference instantly after one treatment with LipoFirm Pro. After the 3rd or 4th treatment is when our clients start to really see their body change. Everybody is different and the results all depend on the concern of the client and how stubborn the area is.
